1. Payments made after the 3rd day of every month are considered late and will be subject to a 10% late fee.

2. Transactions may take 1-5 business days to be processed from your account and/ or appear on your card balance.

3. An Animal Addendum is required for all Pets. A Pet fee may apply.

4. The service fee covers the bank, payment agent, and processing network fees to ensure the safety and security of your transaction. Please understand that your property management company does not receive any portion of these fees. The service fees will not be displayed on your ledger. The service fee is
non-refundable.
